On May 1, 2025, the Nîmes Half Marathon celebrates its 30th edition! Organized by the Macadam and the City of Nîmes Sports Department, this emblematic event promises a sporting, friendly and challenging day out.
Three races for all levels
Whether you're an experienced runner or an amateur looking for a challenge, there's a distance for everyone:
- 5 km: An accessible race, perfect for beginners.
- 10 km: An intermediate challenge for regular athletes.
- Half-marathon (21.1 km): For the more daring, with a new feature this year: a duo half-marathon, allowing you to share the effort with a partner.
The half-marathon is also a qualifier for the French championship, attracting top-level runners.
True to its values, the Nîmes Half Marathon is open to all, including adapted sports, handisport and wheelchair participants. A great way to promote accessibility and inclusion in sport.
Known for its warmth and family atmosphere, this event attracts large numbers of runners and spectators every year. It relies on the energy and dedication of some 100 volunteers, essential to the success of this sporting event.
